You'll lead Xsolla's Web3 initiative in EMEA, driving adoption of the ZK ecosystem across gaming. You'll identify high-potential partners and structure partnership models. This role sits at the intersection of gaming, blockchain, and business development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead ZK business development and ecosystem partnerships in EMEA
• Identify and engage web3 and traditional game studios
• Design and negotiate partnership deal structures
• Represent Xsolla at Web3 and gaming events

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of Web3 business development and ecosystem partnerships
• Deep knowledge of the Web3 space, especially gaming and token incentives
• Understanding of zero-knowledge tech and decentralized infrastructure

• Experience in traditional gaming
• Prior experience with Web3 gaming and traditional gaming business models
