💼 About This Role

You'll support new product launches and supplier execution across rhode's portfolio within e.l.f. Beauty's sourcing framework. You'll be hands-on in day-to-day supplier management and ensure sourcing decisions support innovation, speed, and brand integrity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute sourcing strategies across packaging and finished goods
• Coordinate supplier readiness and timelines for new product launches
• Manage ongoing relationships with assigned suppliers
• Support supplier negotiations with cost analyses and recommendations

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field
• 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Supplier Management
• 2+ years of experience in sourcing required, ideally in beauty
• Experience with contract manufacturers and packaging suppliers
