• Manage Chief Engineer Office teams (product, program, professional services).
• Align global product strategy, roadmap, and governance with regional PM leads.
• Drive business results through cross-functional execution and stakeholder management.

• Oversee R&D budget and investment to optimize product competitiveness.

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years experience in complex B2B product lines (auto, aerospace, defense).
• Proven track record of leading technical product teams to successful outcomes.
• Experience in product strategy, business planning, partnerships, and commercial contracts.
• Business-level English and Japanese communication skills.
