You'll resolve discrepancies, ensure compliance, and optimize AP workflows within the ERP system, supporting automation initiatives for invoice capture and efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process high volumes of vendor invoices with strict adherence to controls
• Administer corporate credit card program and review monthly submissions
• Resolve vendor inquiries and billing disputes
• Support 1099 reporting and audit requests

📋 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent AP experience
• 5+ years of dedicated accounts payable in high volume corporate environment
• ERP system experience with hands-on AP module
• Excel proficiency for AP reconciliations and reporting
