• Support and monitor People & Culture projects and systems.
• Analyze data and translate insights into reporting and dashboards.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in HR or analytical roles.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with Power BI.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to generate actionable insights.

• Familiarity with Workday Case Management, contact center systems, or QA tools.
• Exposure to project management and continuous improvement methodologies.
