💼 About This Role

You'll lead and develop Okta's partner ecosystem to ensure high-quality delivery of identity solutions. You'll guide partners through a maturity model, validate deployments, and scale partner-led delivery while maintaining quality standards. This role offers the chance to work cross-functionally with Professional Services, Alliances, and Sales teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop delivery capability across assigned partner portfolio
• Guide partners through service delivery maturity model
• Review and validate partner go-live submissions
• Serve as delivery advisor for sales teams

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in enterprise software delivery or professional services
• Experience working with system integrators or service delivery partners
• Experience supporting enterprise software implementations
• Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with programming languages like .NET, JavaScript, Python, Java
• Knowledge of open-source tools and development practices
• Experience with load balancers, reverse proxies, or Web Access Management (e.g., F5, Oracle, NGINX)
