You will build and own significant parts of our data infrastructure, building high-quality ELT pipelines using tools like Fivetran, DBT, and Dagster on Snowflake. Your work will ensure timely, accurate, and trusted data to power reporting and decision-making, directly expanding access to mental healthcare.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain ELT pipelines using Fivetran and DBT.
• Orchestrate data workflows with Dagster and DBT.
• Design and document performant schemas in Snowflake.
• Resolve critical data issues and proactively address bottlenecks.
• Support analytics delivery through Hex and Tableau.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS or equivalent, 5+ years engineering experience.
• 3+ years in Data Engineering role.
• Deep SQL expertise including CTEs, window functions, performance tuning.
• Strong Python proficiency.
• Experience with modern data stack.
