💼 About This Role

You'll build Caliza's first customer support desk for B2B cross-border payments, owning end-to-end payment processes. You'll directly impact customer retention by resolving payment issues and coordinating with Finance, Product, Engineering, and Compliance. This role reports to the global head of Sales.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Serve as first point of contact for customer payment inquiries across channels
  • Investigate and resolve payment issues end-to-end until closure
  • Escalate and coordinate with Finance, Engineering, Compliance, or Product
  • Manage tickets and communications using Zendesk and/or HubSpot

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with B2B cross-border payments in fintech or financial institutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English
  • Experience using CRM and support tools like Zendesk or HubSpot
  • Experience with AI tools such as OpenAI or Claude for data analysis

✨ Nice to Have

  • Exposure to crypto or stablecoins
  • Familiarity with KYB/KYC/AML compliance workflows
  • Advanced Spanish language skills
