• Coach and support General Managers across multiple locations
• Oversee labor strategy and scheduling for the market
• Lead by example behind the bar 30% of the week
• Manage new store openings and pilot initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in multi-unit retail or hospitality operations
• Proven track record of managing multiple locations
• Experience with new store openings including logistics and staffing
• Strong financial acumen with P&L oversight
