Description

You will assist in preparing and serving quality food to residents while maintaining sanitary conditions. Prioritize excellent customer service and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure resident satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 0-2 years food service experience in Long-Term Care preferred
• Must have good attendance and a positive attitude
• Ability to work hand in hand with nursing department
• Follow Universal precautions and infection control techniques

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up menu items according to standards
• Service hot and cold food items onto trays based on tray tickets and menu spreadsheets
• Serve meals to residents in a courteous, timely manner
• Clean dishes, pots, pans, and maintain kitchen sanitation
• Maintain resident rights and confidentiality
