💼 About This Role

You'll design and implement automated testing frameworks for GRAIL's Salesforce ecosystem, supporting early cancer detection at scale. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure high-quality, compliant releases in a regulated healthcare environment. This hybrid role is based in Menlo Park, CA.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain automated test frameworks across Salesforce clouds.
• Build full-stack test suites and integrate into CI/CD pipelines.
• Create end-to-end test scenarios for functional and non-functional requirements.
• Triage defects and perform root cause analysis.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in software quality engineering or SDET roles.
• 3+ years testing Salesforce applications with strong platform knowledge.
• 3+ years building automated test frameworks in CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Salesforce testing frameworks (Apex, Jest, Flow).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in regulated industries (medical device, pharma, biotech).
• Knowledge of GxP and regulated software documentation.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator).
