  • Supervise RBTs and ensure adherence to clinical quality standards.

  • Partner with caregivers to increase engagement and implement ABA strategies.

📋 Requirements

  • Master's Degree and ABA coursework approved by BACB.
  • BCBA certification or within 3 months of taking the Boards.
  • State license as required.
  • Experience working with children with autism.
