You'll lead all QC laboratory activities for a fast-growing gene therapy company, ensuring timely testing of clinical-grade biopharmaceuticals and acting as the aseptic subject matter expert.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage Analytical and Microbiological QC laboratories
• Oversee environmental monitoring and trending programs
• Support analytical method qualification and validation
• Represent QC in client meetings and regulatory audits

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years QC leadership in biological industry
• BS in scientific or technical discipline
• cGMP/GLP testing lab experience
• Expertise in bioanalytical methods (ELISA, PCR, cell-based assays)

✨ Nice to Have

• MS in scientific discipline
• Familiarity with viral vector release assays
• Lab operations management experience
