Your work will directly influence approval rates, conversion, and fraud exposure while ensuring compliance in diverse regulatory environments.

Requirements

• 8+ years designing, developing, launching backend systems at scale using Python or Kotlin
• Extensive track record of highly available distributed systems with AWS, MySQL, Spark, Kubernetes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for global collaboration
• Experience delivering major features or system components with technical and execution plans
• Writes high quality code easily understood and used by others

Responsibilities

• Set technical strategy for your team on a year-long time scale
• Collaborate across teams in product development lifecycle with product management, design, analytics
• Act as a force-multiplier through technical solutions and operational processes
• Ensure team operations and availability with monitoring, triage, playbooks, testing, alerting
• Foster culture of quality and ownership through code review and design standards
