💼 About This Role

You'll rapidly expand Relay's Pitstop (PUDO) network by acquiring and onboarding new convenience store locations in the East Midlands. This high-intensity field sales role focuses on daily prospecting and closing to directly boost parcel capacity. You'll be fully enabled with tooling and support, with success driven by energy and execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Prospect and pitch to independent convenience store owners daily
  • Overcome objections and close store owners on Pitstop locations
  • Meet daily and weekly acquisition targets
  • Onboard new locations and ensure seamless activation

📋 Requirements

  • Proven field sales or door-to-door B2B experience
  • Comfortable working to daily acquisition targets
  • Ability to pitch confidently to decision-makers
  • Resilient and persistent in a high-rejection environment

  • Experience in logistics or last-mile delivery
  • Familiarity with CRM tools for territory management
