💼 About This Role
You'll rapidly expand Relay's Pitstop (PUDO) network by acquiring and onboarding new convenience store locations in the East Midlands. This high-intensity field sales role focuses on daily prospecting and closing to directly boost parcel capacity. You'll be fully enabled with tooling and support, with success driven by energy and execution.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Prospect and pitch to independent convenience store owners daily
- Overcome objections and close store owners on Pitstop locations
- Meet daily and weekly acquisition targets
- Onboard new locations and ensure seamless activation
📋 Requirements
- Proven field sales or door-to-door B2B experience
- Comfortable working to daily acquisition targets
- Ability to pitch confidently to decision-makers
- Resilient and persistent in a high-rejection environment

- Experience in logistics or last-mile delivery
- Familiarity with CRM tools for territory management
- Contractor or self-employed sales background
