💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to drive data-informed decisions for a fast-growing virtual women's health clinic. You'll own the feedback loop between users and the product roadmap, uncovering why users behave a certain way and defining what to build next for growth and retention. This role champions a culture of experimentation and rigorous impact measurement, with direct input on high-impact initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Reconstruct user experience to identify friction and retention moments
• Perform deep-dive analysis on feature usage and retention drivers
• Design and analyze A/B tests, defining success metrics
• Partner with PMs to estimate impact of roadmap initiatives

📋 Requirements

• Advanced SQL for querying large datasets
• 4-6 years in Product Analytics or Data Science
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests at scale
• Proficiency in event-based analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel)

✨ Nice to Have

• Python for advanced statistical analysis
• Experience with quasi-experimental designs (DiD, RDD) and incrementality testing
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and data privacy
