You'll work directly with strategic enterprise customers to help them adopt and scale a leading DevSecOps and AI-enabled platform. You'll blend hands-on engineering with solution design, translating real-world challenges into durable technical solutions and architectural patterns.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct in-depth technical discovery to assess customer environments
• Design end-to-end architecture for complex enterprise deployments
• Build prototypes and proofs of concept across CI/CD, security, and AI workflows
• Translate recurring field challenges into reusable assets like reference architectures

📋 Requirements

• Experience in software engineering or forward deployed engineering roles
• Strong programming fundamentals with Ruby on Rails or Go
• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, runners, and pipelines
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to AI/LLM concepts and agentic workflows
• Experience with self-managed and hybrid deployments
• Proven ability to create reusable technical artifacts
