Description

You will analyze organizational needs and design technology-integrated processes and systems on the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and supporting agile development projects.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and capabilities
• 5+ years experience supporting requirements gathering and functional testing for agile development projects in ServiceNow
• ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) OR Customer Service Management (CSM) experience
• Familiarity with NowAssist and Virtual Agent capabilities
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Active secret clearance required
