You'll build 0–1 products and solutions that help developers and institutions use AI safely. You'll ship reference implementations, playbooks, and evaluation kits that partners can adopt. This role balances bespoke technical solutions with scalable reusable packages.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own 0–1 roadmap for safety and security solution offerings.
• Design and ship bespoke technical solutions for priority partners.
• Build partner-ready artifacts like blueprints and playbooks.
• Define impact measurement: adoption, readiness, and satisfaction.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in product, technical program leadership, or solutions.
• Built 0–1 solution offerings from ambiguous needs to repeatable models.
• Proven ability to go deep with engineers and produce partner-ready artifacts.
• Strong at abstraction – turning bespoke engagements into reusable patterns.

• Experience with fraud/scams, cyber threat mitigation, or incident response.
• Trust & safety operations or government/critical infrastructure enablement.
• Experience working with open-source developer ecosystems.
