🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate a distributed DevOps Tooling team daily
• Own backlog management, priority setting, and capacity planning
• Drive sprint planning, execution, and delivery consistency
• Review CI/CD pipeline architecture and guide technical decisions

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years overall experience with 5+ years in DevOps and 2+ in management
• Strong hands-on with Jenkins, GitHub Enterprise / GitHub Actions, Nexus, Sonar
• Solid experience in CI/CD pipeline design, implementation, and maintenance
• Experience working in enterprise-scale environments with established processes
