You'll own AML transaction monitoring and screening systems for a leading family fintech company. You'll optimize detection rules and partner with Product, Data, and Engineering to enhance controls. This role offers the chance to drive automation and process improvements at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Optimize AML transaction monitoring and screening systems.
• Investigate and clear transaction monitoring alerts.
• Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering to design AML controls.
• Manage AML vendor performance and system enhancements.

📋 Requirements

• 5–7 years of AML/BSA/CTF experience in bank, fintech, or MSB.
• Hands-on experience with AML transaction monitoring or screening systems.
• Experience working with AML data analysis and alert optimization.
• Experience managing third-party AML vendors.

✨ Nice to Have

• Model/rule validation or system implementation experience.
• CAMS or CFE certification.
• SQL or data tooling skills.
