💼 About This Role

You'll lead a $10-30M USDA Food for Progress project, driving agricultural productivity and trade through strategic leadership and private sector partnerships. You'll ensure high-quality implementation, adaptive management, and strong stakeholder engagement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the project
• Serve as primary liaison to the funder and senior government counterparts
• Lead adaptive management and ensure achievement of impact targets
• Build and lead high-performing teams with a focus on accountability

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing complex food and agriculture programs
• Senior level management on donor-funded programs
• Experience developing private sector partnerships
• Experience with systems-based interventions

• Experience managing $15M+ budget programs
• Past experience working with USG (e.g., USDA, USAID, DOS)
