You will support new Investor Services customers by onboarding them onto Carta's Fund Administration platform. This involves extracting data from legal documents, maintaining data integrity, and coordinating multiple implementation projects to ensure a smooth transition for clients.

- Proven success in a project management capacity
- Ability to interpret a story through unstructured data
- Experience working with financial data and information
- Great people skills with high degree of empathy and communication skills
- Experience working with clients and implementing software
Responsibilities
- Support new Fund Administration clients by onboarding them onto Carta
- Extract relevant information from operating agreements and subscription documents
- Analyze data thoroughly to maintain data integrity throughout onboarding
- Liaise between sales and Investor Services teams as the bridge post-sales through implementation
- Coordinate multiple simultaneous implementation projects by communicating with and motivating clients
