Description

You will contribute to the architecture, platform, development, and sustainment of InStride's data infrastructure and ecosystem. You'll build scalable and reliable data pipelines and products to enable data-driven decision-making, working closely with a diverse engineering team.

Requirements

• 5+ years progressive experience in data engineering and data infrastructure
• 2+ years with Python for data workflows
• 2+ years leveraging open-source data tools and frameworks
• 2+ years leading or mentoring engineers
• Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Develop new features and functionality as part of agile team
• Provide hands-on technical leadership for data engineering team
• Contribute to architecture decisions for data platforms, tooling, and workflows
• Drive best practices in schema design, data modeling, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
