💼 About This Role

You'll support monitoring, evaluation, and learning for a women's economic empowerment program in the cashew value chain. You'll collect, clean, and analyze data from beneficiary enterprises, contributing to quarterly reports and dashboards. This internship offers hands-on experience in international development MEL with a multi-country program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor data collection for program activities and indicators
• Clean and code data for analysis and visualization
• Conduct descriptive and inferential statistical analyses
• Support production of dashboards and quarterly reports

📋 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in statistics, economics, or related field
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
• Knowledge of survey design and data collection methods
• Fluency in French (written and spoken)

• Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools
• Familiarity with cashew value chain or agricultural programs
