💼 About This Role

You'll provide play-based ABA therapy to neurodivergent children in homes and community settings. Your work will help kids build meaningful skills through naturalistic play. Join a small, supportive team focused on neurodiversity-affirming care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 play-based ABA therapy to children
• Work in homes, schools, parks, and libraries
• Follow individualized treatment plans from BCBA team
• Collect data and communicate progress with families

📋 Requirements

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• 40-hour RBT training completed or willing to complete
• Previous experience working with children
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with neurodivergent children (autism, ADHD)
• Knowledge of behavior management strategies
• Bilingual skills
