You'll lead multiple hospital construction projects end-to-end, owning schedule, budget, and quality while partnering with architects and contractors. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage project schedule, cost, and quality end-to-end
• Participate in bidding and awarding of projects
• Perform final punch list inspections and ensure quality standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years experience in multi-site project management
• Minimum 5 years owner side retail construction project management
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time

• Experience in interior fitouts, ground-up, and remodeling
• Proficient in Procore
