💼 About This Role
You'll co-lead groups of up to 13 campers, teaching outdoor survival skills like shelter building and fire making. Your work empowers kids to live active outdoor lifestyles through hands-on adventure programming. You'll also get training in paddling, rock climbing, and mountain biking.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Teach shelter building, fire making, navigation, and plant identification.
- Lead risk management and teach campers safe recreation practices.
- Model appropriate behavior, attitudes, and activities for campers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to campers, parents, and families.
- Drive company vehicles to transport campers and gear (if eligible).
📋 Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old by start of camp.
- At least 1 year of experience working with kids in a professional or volunteer setting.
- Personal or professional experience in wilderness skills (e.g., Scouts, camping).
- Minimum of Basic First Aid, CPR, and Mandatory Reporter certification by start of camp.

- Valid driver's license with clean driving record for driver roles.
- Wilderness First Aid certification ($100 bonus).
- Teacher's License ($200 bonus).

📨 Hiring Process
