Description
You will design and execute enablement strategies to equip partners with the knowledge, skills, and tools to drive Okta's business in emerging markets. You'll adapt internal trainings into partner content, train partners on product sales, service delivery, and customer success, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partner self-sufficiency.
Requirements
- 5-10 years in Channel Enablement or Sales/Presales Training
- Familiarity with Identity Security and Access Management (IAM)
- Understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes and CRM/Partner Portal workflows
- Strategic mindset to transition territory from direct-sales to partner-led model
- Fluent English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enablement strategy from partner recruitment to Tech Champion status
- Adapt internal trainings into partner content via train-the-trainer model
- Ensure partners are experts in Okta onboarding, product sales, presales, service delivery, and customer success
- Train partners on self-service tools (quoting, lead management, deal registration)
- Educate partners on program elements like licensing models, pricing, and incentives
