Description

In this role, you will help launch and scale SoFi's insurance platform by driving cross-functional priorities, managing external partnerships, and ensuring long-term business health. You'll work with Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Legal to deliver a best-in-class experience for home, auto, and life insurance products.

Requirements

• 2+ years in insurance, consulting, or investment banking with insurance exposure
• Demonstrated ability to manage third-party vendors or complex partnerships
• Strong data fluency with SQL, Tableau, or Excel/Google Sheets
• Cross-functional leadership and ability to influence without authority
• Experience in product development or partnering with product organizations

Responsibilities

• Support Business Lead in all facets of insurance business
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Compliance
• Drive external partnership conversations with insurance counterparts
• Design and maintain reporting dashboards to track KPIs (origination volume, CAC, delinquency, NPS)
• Monitor portfolio performance daily and identify growth opportunities
