You'll leverage data expertise to drive process improvements and build data solutions for the Factor Planning organization at HelloFresh. Your core impact is analyzing trends, developing reporting systems, and creating real-time data access to optimize supply chain operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze data, forecast trends, and identify cost optimization opportunities
• Develop and maintain tools, datasets, and reporting systems
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align business processes
• Build visualizations and advanced tools for real-time data access
• Prepare reports and presentations with actionable insights

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Data Science, or related field
• 1-3 years in an analytical role with reports and dashboards
• Proficiency in SQL (Snowflake, dbt, CTE, Databricks)
• Intermediate to advanced Tableau or Grafana skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with demand forecasting methodologies
• Programming in R or Python for analytics
• Knowledge of Google Sheets, App Script, and Excel
