You'll manage a portfolio of high-value clients, guiding them through their journey with Prismic as their primary point of contact. You'll drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities by building trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders and executing strategic account plans. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and manage a portfolio of high-value clients from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
• Build and execute strategies to maximize cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity detection to deal closure.
• Conduct regular business reviews to ensure alignment with customer goals.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in a Senior CSM, Key Account Manager, or similar role with a focus on cross-sell and upsell.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Experience working for a company in the $10M - $50M ARR range with product-led growth.
• Fluent in French (oral and written).
