You'll deliver advanced technical support to enterprise customers on complex challenges involving WordPress ecosystems, performance optimization, and platform scalability. You'll serve as a key escalation point, collaborating closely with engineering and customer success teams. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Deliver advanced technical support to enterprise customers via ticketing and calls
- Investigate and resolve complex issues in WordPress applications and infrastructure
- Perform in-depth debugging using logs, monitoring tools, and code analysis
- Provide technical guidance on WordPress best practices and scalability
๐ Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with WordPress including themes, plugins, and WP-CLI
- Proficiency in debugging code written in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience in customer-facing technical support or consulting environments
- Understanding of web technologies including REST APIs, HTTP, DNS, and Git
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with WooCommerce, Gutenberg, or enterprise WordPress hosting
- Experience with reverse proxies and observability tools like New Relic
