  • Deliver advanced technical support to enterprise customers via ticketing and calls
  • Investigate and resolve complex issues in WordPress applications and infrastructure
  • Perform in-depth debugging using logs, monitoring tools, and code analysis
  • Provide technical guidance on WordPress best practices and scalability

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with WordPress including themes, plugins, and WP-CLI
  • Proficiency in debugging code written in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience in customer-facing technical support or consulting environments
  • Understanding of web technologies including REST APIs, HTTP, DNS, and Git

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with WooCommerce, Gutenberg, or enterprise WordPress hosting
  • Experience with reverse proxies and observability tools like New Relic
