💼 About This Role

You'll manage product rollouts and represent Wave in Cameroon, overseeing agent network distribution and marketing. You'll recruit users, train agents, and monitor cash availability to ensure smooth operations. This role offers the chance to drive financial inclusion in an emerging market.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and build a local agent network
• Recruit target users and onboard them on Wave products
• Monitor cash and float availability at agent locations
• Manage risk through routine visits and assess agent performance

📋 Requirements

• Fluent French with command of one additional local language
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience managing an agent network in Cameroon
• Minimum 1 year experience managing field-based teams
• Familiarity with at least one of the listed regions

• Medium English level
• Experience with Excel and onboarding new tools
