You'll collaborate with sales and field engineering to accelerate adoption of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform within federal customers. You'll drive post-sale technical strategy and ensure customer success on complex workloads. This hybrid role blends commercial leadership with deep technical accountability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead post-sale technical account strategy for prioritized use cases
• Serve as accountable technical leader for customer onboarding and production go-live
• Coordinate with Professional Services and support resources to accelerate use case adoption
• Develop and execute plans covering enablement, product adoption, and governance

📋 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for government secret clearance
• 7+ years of experience in technical project/program delivery for Data and AI
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala
• Customer-facing experience in pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting

✨ Nice to Have

• Active Secret or higher clearance
• Experience with distributed data systems
• Track record of overachievement against quota
