💼 About This Role

You'll drive real-time storytelling and media engagement on the ground, traveling with the EMILYs List President to capture and amplify compelling content across platforms. You'll coordinate press operations and produce digital content such as social posts and videos. This role is central to supporting strategic communications as part of a team committed to electing Democratic pro-choice women.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Travel with principal to capture and publish real-time digital content
• Coordinate media logistics and manage reporter engagement at events
• Draft and edit press advisories, releases, talking points, and messaging documents
• Monitor media and social coverage to identify trends and inform strategy

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in digital, communications, campaigns, or media relations
• Strong writing and editing skills with ability to produce compelling content quickly
• Experience managing press logistics and working directly with reporters
• Willingness to travel extensively and work nontraditional hours

• Experience with video production and social media platforms
