You'll drive customer success by maximizing Anaplan platform adoption and reducing churn. You'll serve as a strategic technical advisor helping clients unlock full value from their investment. This role offers the opportunity to shape adoption strategies and influence product roadmaps.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively communicate platform updates and educate customers on new features.
• Partner with Customer Success Business Partners to design tailored re-engagement strategies.
• Deliver impactful product demonstrations and enablement sessions.
• Develop scalable adoption resources like guides and FAQs.

📋 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on Anaplan model-building experience
• 8+ years of experience in customer success or consulting driving software adoption
• Master Anaplanner certification preferred
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
