You'll lead go-to-market strategy for P&C and L&A insurance segments at the intersection of insurance expertise and technology consulting. You'll shape how advanced IT services and AI-driven solutions drive faster underwriting and improved claims processing for enterprise clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead vertical GTM strategy for P&C and L&A insurance segments
• Serve as pre-sales insurance SME for large deal pursuits
• Translate IT services into insurance-specific solutions
• Shape deal constructs around underwriting and claims
• Develop partnerships with ecosystem players and ISVs

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in P&C and/or L&A insurance
• Background in IT services consulting or insurance technology advisory
• Proven success in GTM strategy or solution selling in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of insurance platforms and ecosystems
