📋 Requirements

• 7–8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
• Proven track record in pre-sales or solution architecture
• Customer-facing background as Field CTO or Solutions Architect
• Strong leadership experience at Director, VP, or Founder level

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a fast-moving zero-to-one environment
• Fluency in at least one local language besides English
