💼 About This Role

You'll design intuitive productivity experiences for healthcare providers at Commure, creating end-to-end UI/UX designs for AI-powered clinical tools. You'll balance provider needs, business goals, and technical possibility while simplifying complex workflows. This role spans discovery research to client launch in a fast-growing, AI-native environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, and prototypes in Figma and Cursor
• Conduct user research through journey mapping, workflow analysis, and testing
• Develop design briefs and PRDs framing product opportunities
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customer success teams

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of end-to-end product design experience
• Proficiency in Figma, Cursor, and AI-powered design tools
• Bachelor's or Master's in product design, HCI, or related field
• Experience working with and contributing to a design system

• Fluency in AI-native design tools and processes
