You will support the commercial growth of Redwood Materials' utility-scale battery energy storage business by driving data-informed decisions, optimizing sales processes, and enabling cross-functional collaboration. Your work will accelerate market penetration and contribute to localizing a global battery supply chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance, economics, or related field
• 1-5 years experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or operations
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel financial modeling
• Experience with CRM platforms or willingness to become a power user
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data into clear insights

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize CRM (Hubspot) for data quality and pipeline visibility
• Develop sales analytics and reporting frameworks to track KPIs and forecast performance
• Support market prioritization and segmentation analysis for go-to-market strategy
• Build financial models to evaluate project economics and incentives
• Lead cross-functional project initiatives across Engineering, Commercial, Legal, and Operations
