Description

You will provide direct care and support to residents under the direction of a Unit Manager or Charge Nurse, assisting with personal care needs, maintaining a clean environment, respecting residents' rights, and communicating with families and team members.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification required
• Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with residents, families, visitors, and healthcare team members
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and assist with restorative nursing care
• Maintain confidentiality regarding residents and their care

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs including grooming, hygiene, nutrition, activity, rest, and elimination
• Maintain a clean and comfortable environment
• Promote residents' dignity and uphold resident rights
• Report signs of abuse or violations to Charge Nurse
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to Charge Nurse or Unit Manager
