You'll manage the Working Families Party's national phonebank and texting programs, leading volunteer teams to support progressive candidates. Your work will directly expand voter contact and volunteer growth across key geographies. You'll drive data-driven improvements to outreach strategies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage phonebank schedule and script development
• Oversee peer-to-peer texting campaigns and volunteer coaches
• Develop strategies to grow multi-racial working class volunteer base
• Evaluate program impact using data-driven insights

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in organizing
• Proven leadership in volunteer development and training
• Experience managing phonebank programs and peer-to-peer texting campaigns
• Familiarity with Scale to Win, VAN/EveryAction, and relational organizing tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with relational organizing tools like REACH
• Knowledge of Slack and Mobilize.us
• Strong analytical skills for tracking mobilization efforts
