🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop training in multiple formats including e-learning and job aids
• Create learning objectives, outlines, storyboards, and assessments
• Partner with HR and subject matter experts to gather content
• Support LMS content organization and feedback review

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Training, Education, or related field
• Experience designing training for adult learners in a professional setting
• Working knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with e-learning tools (Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe)
• Experience in nonprofit or public sector environments
