💼 About This Role

You'll support the Corporate IT team at Ankorstore, providing L1/L2 technical support to employees. You'll help manage Identity & Access Management, endpoints via MDM, and automate recurring IT processes to improve infrastructure reliability and security.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide L1/L2 technical support on macOS and Windows environments.
• Administer user access rights and configure MFA in Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Manage device enrollment and endpoint compliance with Intune and Mosyle.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

📋 Requirements

• Currently pursuing Bac+2/Bac+3 or Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree in IT-related field.
• Solid knowledge of macOS and Windows installation, configuration, troubleshooting.
• Experience with ITSM practices and ticket management (Jira Service Management).
• Professional English for communication with international teams.

• Experience with IAM tools (Okta, Azure AD) and SSO protocols (SAML, OIDC).
• Familiarity with MDM solutions like Intune or Mosyle.
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
