💼 About This Role

You'll lead a group of campers through multi-sport activities like biking, hiking, and climbing. You'll ensure safety and risk management while being a role model. This role offers a chance to empower kids through outdoor adventures.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and participate in biking, hiking, and climbing activities with campers.
• Ensure risk management and teach campers safe recreation practices.
• Model and guide campers in appropriate behavior and attitudes.
• Provide exceptional customer service to campers, parents, and families.

📋 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age by the start of camp.
• 1+ years of experience working with kids in a professional or volunteer setting preferred.
• Basic First Aid and CPR certification by start of camp.
• Mandatory Reporter certification by start of camp.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in rock wall belaying, bike pump track, and general camp activities.
• Specialized certifications eligible for end-of-season bonuses.
