💼 About This Role

You'll join Kiddom's Tooling team to build backend services and automation frameworks that empower all engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable software. Your work will drive developer productivity and platform reliability through clean, maintainable code in Python and GoLang. You'll champion modern backend practices like observability and fault tolerance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build backend services and automation tooling in Python and GoLang.
• Develop internal APIs and asynchronous task frameworks for developer productivity.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline workflows and build internal systems.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and developer infrastructure.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional backend systems experience.
• Deep expertise in Python including APIs and async processing.
• Strong proficiency with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with GoLang and interest in contributing to Go-based services.
• Production experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Docker/Kubernetes.
• Experience with IaC tools like Terraform.
