Description

You will lead and develop a team of tooling engineers to deliver solutions for safe, efficient, and repeatable rocket production. You will define the long-term tooling strategy, oversee the design and commissioning of complex tooling systems, and manage the project portfolio to meet production goals. Your work directly enables the factory automation and scaling of Terran R rockets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of tooling engineers
• Define and execute long-term tooling strategy across design, manufacturing, and operations
• Oversee design, fabrication, and commissioning of complex tooling systems
• Manage tooling project portfolio for cost, schedule, and technical performance
• Partner with design engineering and manufacturing for new product introductions
