You'll serve as the primary HR strategist for U.S. Product and Engineering teams, aligning people strategy with technical roadmaps. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with R&D leaders to execute HR strategies and organizational design.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of HR experience supporting Engineering or R&D in high-growth environments.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Ability to interpret complex data to influence stakeholder decisions.
• Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones.
