You'll drive drayage engagement across the Business Development sales floor, supporting new opportunities and managing key customer relationships. Your impact will help expand Arrive Logistics' drayage service offering. This role offers relocation assistance to Austin, TX.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify, prospect, and secure new drayage business opportunities with BD reps
• Lead customer sales calls as drayage subject matter expert
• Develop and execute strategic sales plan to grow drayage revenue
• Educate BD representatives through training and certifications

📋 Requirements

• Previous sales experience in drayage or related logistics services
• Deep understanding of port and rail terminal operations
• Strong prospecting skills and proven ability to close new business
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
